PLEASE READ AND ENSURE YOU (the “PURCHASER”) UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING REFUND POLICY WHEN PURCHASING AT 7THLEVELHQ.COM.

I. CANCELLATION AND REFUND

Due to the nature of certain products, 7th Level Inc. has different product-specific cancellation periods.

A. The following purchases may be canceled, without cancellation fee, within 30 days of payment processing:

B. Coaching sessions sold outside of products listed above are final sale. 7th Level Inc. does not offer any refunds, cancellations, or store credit once a purchase is completed.

C. Cancellation of Subscription. Subscriptions may be canceled at any time according to the terms and conditions of each product and/or service. Payment in full is due upon enrollment, and recurring subscription fees will be automatically billed to the credit card or via the payment method provided at the time of enrollment. Payment methods can be updated by contacting our support team at support@7thlevelhqteam.com. Please note that requesting a cancellation of your subscription does not constitute a request for a refund; please see below for the specific request process. No refunds will be issued after the cancellation deadline.

  • Objection Handling Club: Cancellation must be completed by submitting an email to our support team at support@7thlevelhqteam.com three (3) business days before the end of your current billing period. After the email has been received and processed by our team, You will receive a confirmation email from support@7thlevelhqteam.com for your records. Access will continue to be available through the last day of the paid billing period.

II. CANCELLATION REQUESTS

Requests for cancellation/refund or payment inquiries must be received within the stated cancellation period to our support team at support@7thlevelhqteam.com. In your email please include “Cancellation Request” in the subject line and the following information:

  • Full Name
  • ​Purchase Date
  • ​Product
  • ​Phone Number
  • ​Email (used for purchase)
  • ​Reason for Refund

Requests submitted through any other method of communication are not accepted and shall not constitute a valid request for cancellation.

Please note, processing of initial payment is defined based upon the method of payment, as follows:

A. For payments made via credit/debit card, payment processing means upon the completion of a successful checkout transaction.

B. For payments made via ACH/Wire, processing means upon the Company’s receipt of payment.

C. Any payments made via funding partner(s) (Elective, Paypal, etc.) will be defined by their definition of processing. Any questions regarding funding or payment processing, should be directed to the funding partner that was selected during the initial payment process.

III. CANCELLATION AND REFUND AFTER CANCELLATION PERIOD

You understand and agree that all funds paid are non-refundable beyond the stated cancellation period in Section I. Any cancellation request submitted past the cancellation period will be considered at 7th Level Inc.’s sole discretion.

IV. Payment and Coaching Pause Request

In the event that you require a pause on your account during the active purchase period, a request must be submitted to our support team at support@7thlevelhqteam.com. Requests submitted through any other means of communication are not accepted and shall not constitute a valid pause request.

The Purchaser is encouraged to contact the 7th Level Support Team with any questions or concerns. The Support Team is available via email during normal business hours, Monday through Friday between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Eastern at support@7thlevelhqteam.com.
