Our goal at 7th Level Inc. is to maintain transparency and fairness in our refund practices. Given the significant planning and effort involved in organizing the NEPQ Sales Master Summit (the “Event”), we have established the following guidelines for any ticket refunds:

1. Refund Eligibility: Attendees are eligible to request a refund up to 30 days prior to the Event’s scheduled start date on June 6, 2024. To be considered for a refund, please submit your request to us in writing at support@7thlevelhqteam.com . The request must include the name, email, and phone number of the attendee, as well as the reason for the request.

Any refund requests submitted less than 30 days prior to the Event will not be considered. We encourage all attendees to confirm their availability and commitment prior to this period to avoid any inconvenience.

2. Processing Refunds: Eligible refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

By registering for this Event, you agree to this refund policy and acknowledge that it is a part of the terms and conditions of your participation.

3. Credit: If you are unable to attend the Event, but do not request a refund prior to 30 days before the Event’s start date, please complete this Credit Request Form and we will issue a credit you can apply to select future training programs and events.
